We know, its a ways out there for an estate sale, but if you are looking to get some really great items and stay on budge (even with the drive), this is the sale for you. We have a nice property in Chama where the client was building a new home. While he was building, he was living in a very luxurious and spacious 2003 National Tradewinds Islander RV with top of the line leather seating and plenty of storage and accessories. The title is clean and clear and its a great space to hit the road or park somewhere to live. In addition to this, we have a house full of construction tools, great tile flooring in boxes, some rustic furnishings, cowboy boots, washer and dryer and 3 near new Connex Storage containers that need a new home as well as forks for a forklift and a couple of plow blades, a snowmobile utility trailer, and more!

Our client has a massive and most impressive Uranium and selenium UV reactive glass collection. The largest I've ever seen, but it moving and needs to start letting it go as it's simply too much to pack and move. We have a nice home with a variety of "the classics" furnishings from vintage maples and oak pieces and a variety of other older pieces. All clean and fairly good shape for the age. We also have a mix of vintage glassware and China, electronics, lots of art, and household items. The sewing room has some accessories, but oddly enough the sewing machine is nowhere to be found. Pick up some sewing classics to add to your own sewing room. Never hurts to have some extra fabric and thread on hand for a sudden urge to create!
